Volume discounts for all participants:
а) 5% discount - for registering from 5 to 9 artworks
b) 10% discount - for registering from 10 to 14 artworks
c) 15% discount-registering more than 15 artworks
Surcharge for sizes:
For planar works introduced additional surcharges (only for perconal participation with original of artwork):
if the size of an art object (with the frame) is more than 100 cm and up to 150 cm on the larger side then it will be charged an additional payment equal to 50% of the cost of participation
if the size of an art object (with the frame) is more than 151 cm and up to 200 cm on the larger side then it will be charged an additional payment equal to 100 % of the cost of participation
if the size of an art object (with the frame) is more than 201 cm and up to 218 cm on the larger side then it will be charged an additional payment equal to 130% of the cost of participation
All additional sizes are negotiated with the organizing Committee individually.
Total size:
The two-dimensional works size may not exceed 75 x 85 inches (192 x 218 centimeters).
A three-dimensional artwork (i.e. sculpture) cannot exceed 72 x 72 x 24 inches (184 x 184 x 61 centimeters).
