Entry Rules

FORMS OF PARTICIPATION IN COMPETITION: ONLINE, DISTANT, OFFLINE
1. Online(participation in the form of photocopies): you send file, we print and expose;
2. Distant (original or copy of the artwork): you send artwork, we expose;
3. Offline: you visit Saint Petersburg and bring artwork in person.

How works are exposed:

For offline works: A copy of the work is exposed with a photocopy of the original (on the left - a photocopy of the original A4, on the right - a copy of participant - A3).
For Artprint: Two photocopies of the A3 and A4 format are exhibited nearby (on the left is a photocopy of the original - A4, on the right is a competition artwork/copy - A3).
A spectator will be able to give appraisal to the degree of similarity and mastery of the copyist artist.

STAGES OF REGISTRATION:

1 stage:

Sending the set of materials to the Organizing Committee. All participants send the same set of materials!

Copy of entrance fee payment you should apply to the registration forms.
 
2 step (for offline participants):
Prepare art objects for presentation at the exhibition.
Having received the label with the registration number, the offline participant prints it and places it in the lower right corner of the art object. Labels can be fixed on a stretcher or canvas, as well as on decorative elements (frames, stands, etc.).

Also, offline participant prints photocopy of the origninal work of which he/she has made copy. Demy - A4. 

3 step (for offline participants):
Competition works are given to the exhibition.
An artist or his proxy brings works for the exhibition at the address: St. Petersburg, Bolshaya Morskaya st., 38
Dates for receiving of art objects to the exhibition: May 15, 2023 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
All art works must be supplied with:
а) labels with the registration number (in the lower right corner, on the front side) 
b) fixators / hooks for hanging on a vertical panel or fixators and supports to avoid the falling down.
c) "Transfer Deed Card" (download in Word, PDF). This card is a documentary confirmation of the delivery of the art object to the exhibition.

4 step (for offline and online participants):
Full-time and correspondence participants have the opportunity after registration to participate in programs held during the exhibition "The Great Copy". You can get acquainted with the programs on the page "Programs".

5 step (for offline participants):
Ceremony: announcement of wines

Receiving art objects back at the end of the exhibition
At the end of the exhibition the artist or proxy receives the paintings according to the transfer deed. Date of returning art objects: June 26, 2022 (from 17:00 to 20:00). Artworks that will not be received by the authors on this day will be transferred to the organizing committee (Moscow, Serafimovicha str., 2)!

 
Certificates / awards

The Organizing Committee  gives certificates to all participants of the exhibition and competition. The closing ceremony is held on the last day of the exhibition and the winners are awarded with certificates (for all participants).

Further:
а) scans of certificates are sent to all exhibitors to the email address of the participant written in the application form;
b) certificates all participants are stored in the Organizing Committee and can be sent to the postal address noted in the application form that was sent previously to the Organizing Committee at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ;

Implementation of special promotion programs
Participants can take part in exhibitions abroad/ Personal exhibitions, publications, admission to the union can be provided.
All participants' works are published in the catalogue of the exhibition "New Faces in Arts". The artist can order the necessary number of catalogues in the online store "Art Index-Pro /www.ArtIndex.pro ).

COMMENTS: In case of offline and online participation the artist gives originals, giclee or copies of his works in original size, prepared for exhibiting. In case of online participation art objects are exposed at the exhibition in the form of photocopies, which are printed and prepared by the Organizing Committee. All works have equal rights.

1) Offline participation: originals or copies of works, in original size are exposed. Personal presence of the author at the exhibition is not required. It is possible to send the works by mail, in this case the Organizing Committee will place the work at the exhibition, and after the end of the exhibition will send the work back by the same postal service.
2) Online participation (photocopies): The organizing committee prints the sent files in size A3 and places them in the general exhibition. By the special request of the author it is possible to make a full-size photocopy.
3) Distant participation: originals or copies of works in original size are exhibited. Personal presence of the author at the exhibition is not required. It is possible to send the works by mail, in this case the organizing committee will place the work at the exhibition, and after the end of the exhibition will send the work back by the same postal service.
